Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. You must wager your deposit amount at least once before requesting a withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. ind88 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of terms, or money laundering. For football matches, this means 90 minutes plus injury time, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless the bet specifically refers to those outcomes. If a match is postponed, bets will remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours; otherwise, bets will be voided. In the case of abandoned matches, bets are void unless the outcome has already been determined. Live betting markets may be temporarily suspended during significant match events.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical malfunction can be proven. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, bet voidance, and potential forfeiture of funds: arbitrage betting across different platforms, betting syndicates using multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes, use of automated betting software or bots, collusion with other players, and any form of fraudulent or manipulative betting behavior. ind88 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns.

ind88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or illegal activity, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, failure to provide requested verification documents, or extended periods of inactivity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform. Any remaining account balance (excluding funds obtained through fraud or bonus abuse) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or liabilities. Terminated users are prohibited from creating new accounts.
